• Final guest count must be confirmed within the agreed timeline before the event date.

3. Pricing & Payments

• GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required for order confirmation.
• Payments must be made through approved payment methods.
• Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Catering Orders

• Cancellation timelines and refund eligibility will be mentioned in the event quotation.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs close to the event date.

Bakery & Retail Orders

• Orders once prepared or dispatched are non-refundable.
• Customized cakes and special orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Refund timelines, where applicable, may take 7–14 business days to process.

5. Delivery Terms

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must ensure accurate delivery details.
• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability of recipient.
• Risk of products passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Food Safety & Allergies

We maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards. However:

• Customers must inform us in advance about any allergies or dietary restrictions.
• While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
• The Company shall not be held liable for allergic reactions if prior notice was not provided.

7. Event Services (Catering)

• Adequate space, power supply, and access must be provided by the client.
• Any damage to Company equipment due to venue conditions may be charged.
• Service timelines must be adhered to as per agreed schedule.
